This short note is to thank you very, very much for my wonderful new smile! I cannot tell you what it means, for the first time in many years, to be able to talk and eat and laugh with such absolute confidence. I feel like a completely new person. My teeth were such a source of unhappiness for so long that I can still scarcely believe the improvement.

They are absolutely perfect in every respect. They feel so comfortable and look so natural that at times I can convince myself that they really are! As a further tribute to your expertise and skill, I am delighted to tell you that I have not had a moment’s discomfort with them.

You will never know the difference you have made to the quality of my life and I am most grateful to you – and also to Silvia – for the interest and concern you so patiently showed me during the past ten months and which has resulted in such a happy outcome.

I would like to thank you so very much for the dental work that you have done, both the implants and dentures.

My self-confidence and relationships have improved substantially. This is I am sure due in no small measure to the fact that I can smile and talk to people without having to try and hide any defects.

The teeth fit so well and are so natural that I forget most of the time that they are not my own.

I was very pleased to see you, because I didn’t know whether you were there, in the same place.

When I rang the former telephone number, the operator said “this number is no longer used.” However I did not cancel this air ticket & hotel, as I thought that I could get some information about you in London.

I appreciated that you spent extra time for my treatment in spite of unexpected visiting.

I will come to see you again some years later. It is really good excuse for visiting London to check up my teeth.
